SONIA TITA PUOPOLO PRESENTS A WELLNESS WORLD USAβ’, INC. VIDEO PODCAST, TITA TALKS: THE WELLNESS CORNER Hosted by PROFESSOR SONIA TITA PUOPOLO, AMI BHATT, MD, AND JENNIFER JOE, MD. This uplifting show includes a panel with brilliant minds from multi-cultural and diverse backgrounds to discuss relevant, timely wellness and selfcare topics within WELLNESS WORLD USAβ’'s 4 pillars of a healthy lifestyle: exercise, nutrition, rest/healing, and mindfulness/meditation. This is a platform that provides solutions and offers insights into the wellbeing challenges of today. We must not only raise awareness about the importance and impact of wellness and selfcare (preventive health practices), but also, discuss the value of credible, evidence-based solutions-it is about furthering the understanding of a holistic integrated approach to wellbeing. The Wellness Corner is that show. We are currently experiencing the greatest global transformation of our lifetime. This grand transformation permeates the βWellbeingβ of every aspect of humankind. Wellness and Selfcare is at the forefront of this paradigm shift and is a priority and must have for humankind. The potential of the democratization of wellbeing, wellness and selfcare is now a reality. Yet, it is up to consumers to become informed and understand the importance of selfcare as relates to not only how it benefits one's role in civil society, as a global citizen, but how each one of us collectively impact the betterment of the worldwide community. We are delighted to bring to you The Wellness Corner from Boston that will help to build bridges for your benefit. We will discuss the importance of science and evidence based preventive practices as safer lifestyle choices as you begin to form your daily wellness and selfcare practices. Why is a holistic integrated approach to wellbeing so important? How can we together learn more as we look at the healing benefits of wellness and selfcare modalities (preventive practices) like yoga, meditation, or plant-based diets? In each episode, Ami, Jen and I will not only discuss how to improve and ameliorate the long-term consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic and Variants, but also, how to live a happier, and healthier life. We look forward to having special guests join the dialogue. We believe the aftermath hasnβt even begun as people are still rattled and a complete change in lifestyle is happening. In fact, the Global Wellness Instituteβs December 2021 report, The Global Wellness Economy: Looking Beyond COVID shows us that the βCOVID-19 experience has sparked some major shifts in how consumers understand, experience, and expect wellness.β Furthermore, with βSelf-care for self-preservation and survivalβ as one of the shifts and βPrevention as a lifestyle and a public health priority,β as another, they make it clear that, βWellness and science must move toward each together.β I would like to remind our worldwide audience to watch MedTech Insights with Dr. Jennifer Joe and Dr. Ami Bhatt, their interactive Talk Show that can be viewed Tuesday, 12PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) twice a month on LinkedIn.
