This is our formula for health, happiness and longevity. When these four pillars are in alignment, we achieve harmony and equilibrium in our lives.

Any movement, whether walking in the park, on a treadmill, running, taking an aerobics or zumba class, dancing, cycling and/or spinning class, it is all considered exercise. Exercise has been proven to increase life expectancy and overall quality of life. S

Moderate levels of exercise have been correlated with preventing aging by reducing inflammation and so forth.

And it's important after long days to truly get the rest your body needs to recharge your cells and recover for days ahead. There is science based evidence that proves that Rest/Healing gives the body a break

There is science based evidence that proves that Rest/Healing gives the body a break and sleep allows your body to replenish and be ready for action when awake. Rest/Healing can help generate a positive attitude. After a good nights rest, your body and mind has had an opportunity to restore itself. In fact, with proper sleep hormone levels, energy levels, and stress levels have all been adjusted and can increase and stimulate the healing process. Getting enough sleep is a pivotal part of selfcare.
