Total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the prior six (6) months.

PART II: MOBILE SERVICES AND APPLICATIONS
Mobile Services may be subject to carrier charges and restrictions. App licenses are limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
Third-Party Distribution Channels
If obtained through Apple App Store or Google Play, additional platform terms apply. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries where applicable.
PART III: CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, distribute, and create derivative works for business purposes, including analytics and improvement of Services.
No compensation is owed for User Content.
EXPORT CONTROL & SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE
You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer the Services except as authorized by U.S. law and applicable export regulations. You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country and are not on any prohibited-party list.
